Professional Development is a key pillar for the National Association of BEE Consultants (NABC) in providing a benchmark for minimum levels of skill and education amongst its members. Companies dealing with BEE advisors, practitioners and consultants are encouraged to work with registered BEE practitioners. The BEE 101 course provides an introductory programme for individuals with limited or no exposure to BEE to understand the legislation, related legislated and have a deep understanding of the requirements of Black Economic Empowerment.

This course is delivered every second month in 3 cities nationally and members are encourage to ensure that all new staff are engaged in this critical learning. Designed specifically for those individuals who have a basic understanding of BEE and have been exposed to the BEE legislation previously, the BEE Expert course is designed to give the delegate a detailed understanding of Case Studies, working examples of BEE in practise and a detailed understanding of the scoring techniques and  methodologies required to assess an entity’s status and make recommendations for implementation. Understand the different Sectoral Codes and Charters and the Public sector procurement criteria in this in-depth detailed programme delivered to individuals wishing to establish themselves with expert knowledge of BEE and the
related legislation.
