Understand the different Sectoral Codes and Charters and the Public sector procurement criteria in this in-depth detailed programme delivered to individuals wishing to establish themselves with expert knowledge of BEE and the
related legislation.

About the Course
The NABC BEE Expert Course is designed to develop skills in the area of Black Economic Empowerment. It is a fully comprehensive and intense four day course delivered over a period of two weeks. The course will be assessed by means of an exam which will be evaluated and a certificate provided upon successful completion of the course. Key to developing skills in an industry such as this, the programme delivers a personalised process of assessment and mentorship. Participants in the programme will receive
the following:

1. An expert facilitator will train delegates in all of the regulatory and legislative issues that impact on BEE
2. Course assignments will measure the individual’s grasp of the technical and practical concepts in order to ensure that they are meeting the minimum criteria;
3. All participants are linked to information and ongoing development through the NABC network.
4. Once registered – delegates will be entitled to preferential membership
