NABC Annual General Meeting 2025
The National Association of Bargaining Councils (NABC) held its Annual General Meeting today at the offices of the BCCEI in Durban. The AGM was well attended by representatives from various councils across the country in a hybrid format.
Delivery of the Labour Dispute Resolution Practice Qualification by public universities
The CCMA and Bargaining Councils have partnered with Public Universities to deliver a qualification in Labour Dispute Resolution Practice. Over the past three years this partnership has made excellent progress. The programme is being delivered by the universities listed below -please be aware of the different titles of the qualifications as used by the universities.
